I've Always Believed Healing Is Possible

My name is Crystal, and I am the founder of Pathways to Inner Harmony.

I have always been deeply spiritual, and I have always believed in the power of holistic healing to help people find peace within themselves. Long before I held a single certification, I was drawn to energy work, to the quiet ways our bodies carry what our minds can't yet name, and to the idea that real healing touches all of it — mind, body, and spirit together.

Then, in December 2022, my youngest son Zachary died by suicide. He was 16 years old.

Grief changes you in ways that are impossible to describe until you are inside them. What I knew for certain — what I held onto — was that I did not want his death to be just a loss. I wanted it to mean something. I wanted to show up for other people the way I wished someone could have been there for us.

That is what brought me here, to this work, with my whole heart in it.

How I Work

I am a Certified Reiki Practitioner and an Intuitive Reiki Practitioner. What that means in practice is that during a session, I sometimes receive intuitive impressions, feelings, or guidance that I share with you as "puzzle pieces" — things to sit with, reflect on, and decide what to do with. I want to be clear: I am not a psychic medium. What I offer is energy work, presence, and whatever comes through with care and honesty.

Every session is shaped around you. Whether you come in for Reiki, Aromatouch Therapy, Symphony of the Cells, Reflexology, Breathwork, Meditation, or Sound Bath Healing, my intention is the same: to create a space where you feel safe enough to let go, even for an hour.

All in-person sessions include chakra clearing, crystal healing, and aromatherapy where appropriate. Distance sessions are available for those who cannot be here in person — Reiki is not restricted by time or distance, and the care you receive is just as real.

I also offer Animal Reiki and Children and Teen Reiki. Young people and the animals we love carry stress and trauma too. This work is for them as much as it is for anyone.

All sessions are a complement to, not a substitute for, professional medical care. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

• NAMI StigmaFree Pledge signatory and NAMI Basics course graduate

• AFSP Advocacy training participant

• LivingWorks Start course graduate (TASC steps)

• Currently pursuing further Crisis Prevention and Intervention training

I am not done learning. I do not think I ever will be.

Each year since 2023, I create a collection in my shop in Zachary's memory — Zachary's Dream Team. A portion of every purchase supports the work of mental health awareness and suicide prevention. I work with people who are grieving, people who are anxious, people who are simply exhausted and need somewhere to put it down for a while. I work with people who have never tried energy healing before and aren't sure what to expect. I work with people who have been coming back for years.
