Hello everyone, my name is Crystal. I am a mother of 3, with 3 grandbabies. I have mostly been a work at home mother, until recently. I lost my son, my youngest child to suicide, Dec. 2022. He was 16. I have always been a very spiritual person & a mental health advocate, but this is when I decided to follow my guides & get back into everything full force.
I'm a Certified Reiki II Practitioner, Certified in Aromatouch Therapy, Symphony of the Cells, and Reflexology. I'm Certified in Breathwork Techniques, Meditation, and different forms of Massage Therapy. I'm also a doTERRA Wellness Advocate & Certified Oil Specialist. I'm Certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid. I Pledged to be StigmaFree with NAMI & completed the NAMI Basics course. I have been working with AFSP Advocacy training. I have completed the LivingWorks Start course learning the TASC steps. I'm looking into furthering my Crisis Prevention/Intervention Training & Certifications. I'm also a Certified Suicide Bereavement Support Group Facilitator.
